Tessa Santer

Meet The Team

Tessa Santer

Tess has extensive experience using the principles of Pilates as part of her physiotherapy practice.  Tess has worked as a personal trainer where she used Pilates for body conditioning.  She furthered her work in Pilates in Singapore where she worked in a joint Pilates studio/sport injury clinic.  Tess has trained with both DMA clinical Pilates and with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute).

More About Tessa

Tess has used the principles of Pilates with her clinical population and she believes Pilates can play a role with all sports both recreational and professional.  Tess has used Pilates for rugby, hockey, golf, runners and tri-athletes.  Tess had a baby in 2010 and used Pilates as part of her own postnatal rehabilitation and has since set-up a very popular postnatal Pilates class. Tess herself is enthusiastic about all sports and health and particularly enjoys long distance running, cycling and yoga. Tess completed the New York marathon in 2009 and more recently the London marathon in 2012 she felt Pilates gave her the edge to get through!  Pilates has become an integral part of her training and Tess finds it enhances the ability to perform and reduces her prevalence of injury.
