Happy Easter! Who could believe we are almost at the point of celebrating Easter! Time flies! We at Pilates Plus have been busy bees this past month. Kirsty Rennie had a baby boy, Ramsay and we hosted our very successful Study Day. We are looking forward to lots happening this coming month too. If you stand still you are going backwards!

Welcome to our November Newsletter! This month we are focusing on feet- quite literally! Often neglected, the feet are a crucial part of your Pilates practice. Our blog talk about flat feet and how this can be helped with Podiatry input. Welcome to our October Newsletter! As summer draws to an end and we start to see the nights drawing in, often this is a good time to take up Pilates again after a break over the summer. We are focusing this month on our classes at the Eric Liddell Centre in Morningside. We have a breadth of classes at this venue and wanted to showcase all that we have to offer! Welcome to our September Newsletter! The summer of sport continues, and what a summer it has been! We’ve had the Euros, Wimbledon success, a sensational Olympic Games and now in September we have the Ryder Cup to look forward to at the end of the month. We at Pilates Plus love golf, and hold regular classes at Swanston Golf Club and Turnhouse Golf Club, so we hear first hand how Pilates complements golf for both injury prevention and improvements in the golf swing.

Its the big Ho Ho Ho! We at Pilates Plus Physio are getting very excited about Christmas and all the excitement, magic and sparkle that brings. We do however know just how important it is to keep up regular exercise and Pilates practice throughout December. All to often, when it comes to exercise in December we hear “I’ll pick that up again in January”. If you use Pilates as rehabilitation then we would recommend trying to keep to your routine where possible. This month our blog will give you some fun ways to incorporate Pilates with Christmas. Our All levels and Intermediate classes are taking a shorter festive break to help keep everyone active! Enough of the serious stuff though- we would like to wish you a truly amazing festive time, and extend our warmest thanks to you all for your support throughout the year.
Well we all know that as soon as November arrives we are all on the big build up to the party season- and we at Pilates Plus Physio are no different!
